Blueline Capital Group is an expanding financial firm helping business owners secure the capital they need to grow. We offer a variety of financing solutions including Revenue-Based Financing, SBA Loans, Term Loans, Business Lines of Credit, HELOC Programs, Reverse Consolidation Solutions, and Equipment Financing.

We are looking for motivated, competitive, and money-driven sales professionals to join our team.

Strong sales experience from other industries is also welcome. This is a high commission based sales role, previous experience may be considered for a base. 

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Speak directly with business owners regarding financing needs
• Build and manage a sales pipeline
• Present financing solutions and close deals
• Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships
• Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
