Job Description
Minutemen Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble parts and products according to specifications, operate hand and power tools, perform quality inspections, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced production setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products according to instructions.
- Use hand tools and production equipment.
- Perform quality inspections on completed assemblies.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain production goals and attendance standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
