Our client is looking to hire a Managing Bookkeeper / Assistant to the Managing Director ASAP. This is a key role supporting multiple business entities with bookkeeping, payroll, office administration, and executive support. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
✔ Reconcile bank accounts and maintain financial records
✔ Handle payroll processing and employee onboarding paperwork
✔ Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments
✔ Assist with reporting for CPA and ownership
✔ Maintain employee and office records
✔ Provide administrative support to leadership
✔ Help improve office systems and support business operations

Qualifications:
✅ Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience required
✅ Strong QuickBooks Online experience preferred
✅ Payroll and account reconciliation experience
✅ Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
✅ Strong communication and organization skills
✅ Experience in office administration or executive support is a plus
