Title Processor

A Title Processor plays a crucial role in the STATE OF GA working onsite, MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT, MUST HAVE CLEAN CRIMINAL BACKGROUND IF INTERESTED PLEASE EMAIL MARAIH by managing and verifying property title documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. This position involves reviewing legal documents, resolving title issues, and coordinating with various parties to facilitate smooth property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Review and process property title documents for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve issues related to title defects, liens, or encumbrances
• Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, escrow agents, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all title documentation
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards throughout the title process
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information
• Collaborate with title searchers and underwriters as needed
