Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

Pick up trash bags/bins from residential neighborhoods. Must be able to lift 50-75lbs. Will work in ALL elements of the weather and will be on your feet most of the day. This job is physically demanding; it entails running, jumping on & off the truck, heavy lifting and constant arm movement. May be sent to help other routes that have not finished their own (not optional). One day out of the week, you will help with the truck maintenance which includes but is not limited to washing it in/out. Removing trash from truck’s cabin. Grease all moving parts of the garbage truck (joints, hinges, hydraulic components). This is a team atmosphere & you are expected to assist when & where needed. You also be asked to assist with Commercial Routes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ride with the driver on assigned collection routes
• Lift and load trash and recycling into trucks efficiently
• Work outdoors daily regardless of weather conditions
• Follow all safety procedures consistently
• Collaborate effectively with the sanitation team
• Work early morning shifts from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Possess steel toe boots and readiness for physical labor
• Availability to start early mornings promptly
