CT Technologist (Travel Contract) – Detroit, MI

Location: Detroit, Michigan
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Hours: 40 Hours Guaranteed per Week
Weekend Requirement: None
On-Call Requirement: None

Job Summary

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Administer contrast media and perform venipuncture procedures as required.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure accurate and timely patient care.
• Maintain equipment and follow all radiation safety standards and regulations.
• Document patient information accurately and complete required records.
• Function effectively as part of a cooperative and efficient healthcare team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience required.
• Current ARRT (CT) Certification required.
• Experience with Philips CT equipment required.
• Proven experience with venipuncture and contrast administration required.
• 3D imaging experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel assignment experience preferred.
• Experience working in a high-volume acute care setting.
