• General Lab

• Specimen Testing: Perform complex analysis on blood, tissue, and body fluids using automated analyzers and manual techniques.

• Cross-Matching & Blood Bank: Execute blood typing, antibody screening, and cross-matching procedures for safe transfusions.

• Quality Control (QC): Calibrate laboratory instruments, run daily control samples, and troubleshoot testing equipment to ensure analytical accuracy.

• Result Reporting: Verify, enter, and communicate critical lab results to physicians and nursing staff in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Certification: Active ASCP (MT/MLS) or AMT (MT) national certification.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related biological science field.

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of recent, independent hospital laboratory experience as a generalist.

• Life Support: Active AHA BLS certification.
