Position: Forklift Operator

Location : Jeffersonville, IN

Pay: $18.50

Job Summary:

Minute Men Staffing is hiring a Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently move materials throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Move materials to designated storage areas.
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid forklift certification (if required by employer).
• Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
