Location: Vallejo, CA

Start Date: 2026–2027 School Year

Contract Length: 9-month school year contract

Pay Rate: $90/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a school-based team for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year in Vallejo, CA. This role focuses on supporting students in achieving their physical mobility goals and improving their ability to participate in the educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based physical therapy services to students with various mobility and physical challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting

Requirements:

• Bachelors, Masters OR Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Minimum of 1 year of school-based or pediatric experience (required)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
