Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models to determine tooling specifications.
• Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses to fabricate precision components.
• Assemble, fit, and adjust tooling components to ensure proper function and accuracy.
• Inspect and test completed tools using precision measuring equipment, including calipers and micrometers.
• Maintain quality standards while following all safety procedures and manufacturing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in tool and die making, machining, or a related manufacturing field preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
