Head despensing nurse

Job description:

• Responsible for daily dosing of methadone and suboxone clients
• Responsible to maintaining an accurate account of

daily dispensing logs.

• Responsible for daily monitoring of all medication logs

for accuracy

• Responsible for initiating and maintaining accurate client medical documentation
• Responsible for maintaining accurate dispensing documentation via a computer and/or manual filing system
• Maintaining medication records, physician orders, and other client related forms
• Assisting in random recalls and pill counts
• Maintaining client confidentiality requirements
• Responsible for monitoring and rendering special assistance to pregnant clients.
• Other assigned duties

**Must maintain current CPR Certification**
