The Office Manager has organizational and administrative responsibilities including budgeting and personnel management. The Office Manager will also be responsible for planning and conducting administration-related training.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct office staff by setting goals, objectives, and standards for performance.
  • Clarify policies and procedures to ensure consistent application of practices throughout the organization.
  • Coordinate office activities across multiple departments of an organization.
  • Facilitate communication and information flow among departments and assist with interdepartmental problem solving.
