About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager with strong leadership skills and a background in health, fitness, wellness coaching, exercise science, personal training, sports medicine, or a related field.
This role requires someone who can lead people, support sales, improve retention, and help create an exceptional member experience.

Core Responsibilities
Wellness & Member Experience
  •  Educate members on bone health, strength, recovery, and long-term wellness 
  •  Lead member retention efforts including holds, cancellations, and re-engagement 
  •  Deliver a high-touch member experience focused on results and long-term relationships 
Sales Leadership
  •  Lead consultations and support strong close rates 
  •  Coach team members on sales, accountability, and daily performance 
  •  Run daily huddles and help maintain a strong, positive studio culture 
Operations & Accountability
  •  Help manage daily operations, scheduling, and team workflow 
  •  Oversee CRM follow-up, lead management, and front desk systems 
  •  Track KPIs including bookings, close rates, retention, and revenue 
Ideal Candidate
  •  Previous management or assistant management experience required 
  •  Background in fitness, wellness, exercise science, personal training, PT, chiropractic, or similar strongly preferred 
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and sales confidence 
  •  Organized, proactive, and results-driven 
  •  Comfortable managing people, operations, and member relationships
