Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
- Active Alabama physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
- Documentation of professional credentials, immunizations, and background checks as required by facility policies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care caseloads.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records used in skilled nursing settings.
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Meal break: 30 minutes.
