Lead FP&A Analyst, Client Experience

Our client is seeking a Lead FP&A Analyst to support strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the client experience and driving business performance. This role will partner with leaders across finance, product, and client-facing teams to provide financial analysis, actionable insights, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate may be either a high-potential finance professional with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and FP&A experience, or a seasoned analyst with deep expertise in client experience, digital product management, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities related to client experience initiatives.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business performance and drive measurable outcomes.
• Utilize large datasets to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Translate complex financial information into clear and concise recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years within the financial services industry.
• Strong financial analysis and FP&A experience.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive business results.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing actionable insights.
• Understanding of client experience metrics and/or digital product management principles.
• Demonstrated learning agility and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA, CMA, CFM, MBA, or other financial certifications are a plus.
