Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a real impact supporting students for the 2026-2027 school year in a contract School Psychologist position based near Bridgeport, CT. This onsite opportunity spans from late August 2026 until late May 2027 and is ideal for a skilled, bilingual (Spanish) professional ready to work with various grade levels and caseloads.

Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification
  • CT Educator Certificate is required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills
  • Experience working in educational settings, comfortable with diverse age groups and special requirements
  • Ability to collaborate with staff, parents, and students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and provide recommendations that support students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Develop individualized educational plans and participate in IEP meetings
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families, delivering insight and strategies to address student challenges
  • Deliver crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive learning environment for all students
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
