Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut Educator Certification required
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English
- Degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Experience providing psychological assessments, interventions, and consultation in school environments
- Familiarity with a variety of grade levels and caseloads
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cultural competency skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver direct counseling, intervention, and crisis support services
- Participate in meetings with staff and families, translating and interpreting when necessary
- Offer consultation and recommendations to educators, parents, and administrators to support student learning and behavioral plans
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in alignment with district and ethical standards
