Job Description
Location: Pueblo, CO
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Rotation: 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off)
We are hiring General Production Workers to join a renowned manufacturing team in Pueblo, CO. This hands-on role supports fabrication and welding operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. It’s a great opportunity for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with their hands.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Prepare materials through sanding, grinding, and layout work
- Assist the welding team and support fabrication processes
- Perform tack welding, material prep, and basic inspections
- Help maintain tools, equipment, and production supplies
- Support general production and shop operations as needed
- Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, or production
- Ability to safely use hand tools and work around machinery
- Comfortable performing physical tasks in an industrial setting
- Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Experience with welding, grinding, or fabrication
- Background in construction, manufacturing, or inspection
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in a hands-on trade
- Competitive hourly pay ($22–$25/hr)
- Consistent schedule with built-in time off (2-2-3 rotation)
