Medical Assistant

1. Report daily productivity and utilization.
2. Monitor patient flow, including wait times, and escalate urgent issues to clinic management.
3. Cover breaks and lunches as needed.
4. Support medical assistants during staff shortages.
5. Sign off individual skills on MA competency checklists.
6. Monitor attendance and performance, providing feedback to supervisors or managers.
7. Train new hires and externship students.
8. Coordinate with clinic management during audits and lead corrective actions.
9. Assist with office and medical supply inventory management.
10. Act as a super user and trainer for electronic health records.
11. Coordinate assignments with care teams.
12. Serve as backup to the clinic supervisor when required.
13. Correct new hire or extern clinical techniques.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Certification of completion in Medical Assistant.
3. BLS Certification.
4. 
   

1. 2–4 years of healthcare work experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Bilingual skills preferred.

1. BLS Certification (required).
