Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid license and certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with elementary-aged children, especially grades K-3
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and special education staff
- Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance with relevant federal and state regulations
- Clear communication abilities with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments and interpret results for students in need of supports
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions as needed
- Develop and implement appropriate interventions for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams to design student-centered plans
- Consult with teachers and parents regarding best practices for at-risk students
- Maintain thorough and accurate student records in accordance with school policies
