Company: Infusion setting
Location: Atlanta Area (field-based role)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $75,000 - $88,000 + incentives (listed below)
Overview
The Clinical Nurse Liaison is a field-based role responsible for driving business growth while providing clinical expertise and patient support. This position blends relationship-building, sales, and patient care, working closely with hospitals, physicians, and referral sources across the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia
- 3-5+ years of nursing experience
- Experience in acute care, home health, infusion, or ambulatory settings
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations (Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA, Joint Commission, etc.)
- BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Prior Sales or Liaison Experience (one or more of the following):
- Home health liaison experience.
- Hospice liaison experience.
- Healthcare sales/marketing experience (e.g., hospital/DME/home care referrals).
- Pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Medical sales experience (devices, services, or DME
