Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active CT Educator Certification required
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential
- Previous experience in a school psychology setting strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing a range of grade levels and caseloads
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to support individualized education plans
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, families, and staff regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns
- Develop interventions and strategies tailored to student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and advocate for student mental health and educational success
- Foster a supportive, culturally sensitive environment for all students, including those from diverse backgrounds
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to school district protocols and ethical standards
