Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You will play an essential role in supporting student success and well-being across various grade levels.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active CT Educator Certification required
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential
  • Previous experience in a school psychology setting strongly preferred
  • Comfortable managing a range of grade levels and caseloads
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to support individualized education plans
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, families, and staff regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns
  • Develop interventions and strategies tailored to student needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and advocate for student mental health and educational success
  • Foster a supportive, culturally sensitive environment for all students, including those from diverse backgrounds
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to school district protocols and ethical standards
