Job OverviewWe are hiring a Material Handler to support our production and warehouse operations. In this role, you will safely move, load, unload, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. This is a great entry-level opportunity offering hands-on training and growth in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including truck loading/unloading and staging
- Organize and move materials to support production flow and inventory needs
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
- Interpret and follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily tasks
- Assist with inventory organization and tracking
- Perform general labor duties including lifting, carrying, pushing, and kneeling
- Experience in material handling, warehouse, or production environments
- Ability to safely operate or learn forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs occasionally
- Prior forklift experience or certification
- Experience with shipping & receiving operations
- Familiarity with inventory staging, organization, and tracking
- Background supporting production or manufacturing operations
- Entry-level role with on-the-job training

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
