Job Overview

We are hiring a Material Handler to support our production and warehouse operations. In this role, you will safely move, load, unload, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. This is a great entry-level opportunity offering hands-on training and growth in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including truck loading/unloading and staging
• Organize and move materials to support production flow and inventory needs
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Interpret and follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily tasks
• Assist with inventory organization and tracking
• Perform general labor duties including lifting, carrying, pushing, and kneeling

Required Qualifications

• Experience in material handling, warehouse, or production environments
• Ability to safely operate or learn forklifts and pallet jacks
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior forklift experience or certification
• Experience with shipping & receiving operations
• Familiarity with inventory staging, organization, and tracking
• Background supporting production or manufacturing operations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
