Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in New York State
- Demonstrated experience providing psychological services in an elementary school setting (K-3 preferred)
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and counseling with young children
- Strong communication and consultation skills for working with students, teachers, and families
- Ability to navigate IEP/504 plan development and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessments for elementary students
- Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ academic and behavioral needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor intervention strategies and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and documentation
- Offer counseling and crisis intervention as needed, fostering a safe and supportive environment
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and comply with all regulatory requirements
