Temporary Payroll Specialist Needed ASAP!
Edison based consumer products company is need of a Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now, including new hires, terminations, rate changes, and deductions.

 

• Reconcile Time & Attendance data, research and correct missed punches, and ensure accurate hours prior to payroll.

 

• Support benefits administration (enrollments, terminations, and basic carrier/broker follow-up).

 

• Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding documentation (I-9s, new hire paperwork, etc.).

 

• Respond to employee questions about pay, PTO, and benefits in a professional and timely manner.

 

• Assist with payroll and benefits reporting and general HR administrative support as needed.

 
Requirements:
 

• 3+ years of hands-on, full-cycle payroll experience.

 

• Strong recent experience with ADP Workforce Now and Time & Attendance.

 

• Experience working with hourly/non-exempt employees in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.

 

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced, family-owned company.
