Personal Injury Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience to join a collaborative team. This role offers exposure to all phases of litigation, hybrid work flexibility, strong support staff, and growth opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation from intake through resolution.

• Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, discovery demands, and responses.

• Maintain case files, organize medical records, and track deadlines and court dates.

• Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

• Support deposition, motion, settlement, and trial preparation activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required.

• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, and case management.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficient in legal document preparation, record review, and file management.
