Job Description
We are hiring a dependable General Production Worker to support several departments in a manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing various tasks such as loading and unloading parts, picking parts, and working as a team to hang up parts as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, steady work and takes pride in attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Stage and organize parts for the next step in production
- Load/unload materials safely and efficiently
- Move parts throughout the facility using carts
- Assist with general production tasks such as picking, packing, and light assembly
- Perform basic cleaning duties to maintain a safe, organized workspace
- Safely use basic hand and power tools
- Follow all safety procedures and communicate issues to leadership
- 1+ year of manufacturing or general labor experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality inspection
- Experience with basic tools and general production tasks
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.64 - $17.31/hr.
