Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current School Psychologist certification in New York State (or eligibility for certification)
- Experience working with elementary students (K-3) strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP process, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively engage with students, staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Complete psycho-educational assessments for students as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists
- Provide counseling and direct support services to students, focusing on social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Consult with teachers and staff regarding intervention strategies and student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment for all students
