Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have a lot of treatment resistant mental illness and I never learned how to keep house. I just need help keeping up. The kitchen specifically dishes get overwhelming, laundry is exhausting, and my cat had some health issues recently and started peeing on one spot on the carpet because she had trouble getting into the box. But now the smell is there so she's still doing it half the time. Also I don't know if this is a deep clean or standard, but I would love to have someone wipe my shower/tub down every month.
