Production Team Lead - First Shift

Royal Manufacturing is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Team Lead to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this hands-on leadership role, you will help coordinate daily production activities, support and mentor team members, and ensure we consistently meet our safety, quality, and productivity goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys leading by example and working alongside the production team to build high-quality acrylic bathtubs and shower bases.

• Coordinate daily workflow and help ensure production schedules are met
• Assign tasks and work alongside team members on the production floor
• Train, coach, and mentor employees on safety, quality, and best practices
• Monitor product quality and ensure standards are maintained
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Assist with moving materials and products throughout the facility
