Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join our expanding legal team. This role is critical in managing complex employment-related matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and class and representative actions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in employment law, a track record of successful litigation, and the ability to provide strategic counsel to clients. You will play a key role in shaping legal strategy, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-impact results in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a diverse caseload of employment law matters from initial intake through final resolution
  • Lead the development and execution of litigation strategies for wage and hour disputes, class actions, and discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements with precision and professionalism
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations with confidence and effectiveness
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on employment law compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align legal strategy with business objectives

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active and in good standing license to practice law in the state bar
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on wage and hour and class action litigation
  • Proven expertise in legal writing, case analysis, and courtroom advocacy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
