Snohomish, WA | Full-Time | RN: $50–55/hr, LPN $44-48/hr
A Different Kind of Nursing RoleThis position is first and foremost a nursing role.
You'll spend most of your time providing direct care to medically complex residents in our Adult Family Home. In addition to your nursing responsibilities, you'll receive additional compensation and dedicated time to assist with care coordination, documentation review, staff mentorship, and clinical support within the home.
This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy staying hands-on with residents while taking on additional responsibility and helping support the overall quality of care in a stable position.

We're looking for a strong clinician who is comfortable caring for medically complex residents, supporting teammates, addressing concerns when needed, and helping maintain high standards of care.
RequirementsActive Washington RN or LPN license
Recent hands-on tracheostomy and ventilator experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Experience mentoring, training, or leading staff preferred
Experience with medically complex residents preferred
Strong documentation and communication skills
RN: $50–55/hr
LPN: $44–48/hr
