Nail Technician Manager

Newer Salon in Sparta NJ, Now hiring a manager for our nail department. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our team to help grow, recruit, and build a successful nail department. Our salon is a full-service salon that offers a wide range of services and products.

Qualifications:
- Experience is required.
- Good Management skills.
- New Jersey Board of Cosmetology License (Required).
- Fully proficient at polishing, manicures, and pedicures etc.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team and be a leader in your department.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Fashion Driven.
- Great work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high quality nail services, such as manicures, pedicures, Acrylic or Gels and nail art.
- Able to manage Employees.
- Understanding and following safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Recruitment.
- Training New employees.
- Creating new services with trends.
- Interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Problem solving.
- Ordering supplies.
- Stocking and maintaining salon area.
- Increasing customer loyalty by promoting products and services.
- Upselling services to customers.
- Working collaboratively with other team members.
- Covering shifts for employees.
- Participate in training and staff meetings as required.
Schedule:
- Day and Nights until 9 are required.
- Saturdays 9-5.
- Full Time is required.
