Litigation Associate (Post-Clerkship) Multiple Location

Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized litigation practice following the completion of a federal judicial clerkship. Multiple locations: Silicon Valley, New York, Boston, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Seattle, or Santa Monica

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support all phases of complex litigation matters

- Conduct legal research and analysis

- Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda

- Participate in case strategy discussions

- Assist with discovery and trial preparation

- Support patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes

- Support securities litigation and regulatory investigations

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Current or recently completed Federal Judicial Clerkship

- 1-3 years of legal experience

- Strong interest in litigation

- Exceptional legal research and writing skills

- Excellent academic credentials

- JD required

- Active Bar membership or eligibility to sit/waive into the applicable state bar
