WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Physically examine patients; perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations.
- Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical history.
- Record symptoms; update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment.
- Order and interpret laboratory test results.
- Make diagnoses; analyze test data and determine need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options.
- Develop a treatment plan that may include applicable therapies.
- Follow up on a patient to determine the effectiveness of recommended treatments.
- Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity.
- Provide patient education to promote habits that will prevent diseases and maintain good health.
- Collaborate closely with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and other members of the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Active Texas PA license.
- National PA certification (NCCPA).
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years as a Physician Assistant.
- Background in Family Practice.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Vaccination not required.
- We Do NOT Disclose Vaccination Status.
COMPENSATION:
- We offer a highly competitive Provider compensation package, including a base salary of $125,000-$135,000 PLUS bi-weekly and quarterly performance-based bonuses.
