Ideal Candidate:
You are:
- A licensed Dental Hygienist in Georgia (or eligible to obtain).
- Clinically strong, empathetic, and efficient in managing a busy schedule.
- Comfortable with perio procedures, patient education, and working with a variety of patient needs — including emergency and restorative cases.
- Motivated to grow clinically and financially, thriving in a high-volume environment.
- A clear communicator who builds trust quickly with patients in urgent situations.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive, gentle, and efficient hygiene care — including perio treatments, maintenance, and patient education.
- Build trust and educate patients who often present with urgent or long-standing issues.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to deliver seamless, efficient care.
- Contribute to the growth and patient experience of a rapidly expanding emergency-focused dental practice.
Compensation & Benefits:
