Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

A top-ranked Am Law 100 firm is seeking a mid-level associate (4–6 years of experience) to join its nationally recognized M&A and Corporate Finance practice in Atlanta. Ideal Background Includes:

• 4–6 years of experience handling sophisticated M&A or corporate transactions at a reputable law firm

• Extensive deal experience, including managing deal timelines, conducting and summarizing due diligence, and drafting equity and asset purchase agreements (private equity and private target M&A experience preferred)

• Proven ability to lead portions of M&A deals while coordinating with internal subject matter experts and outside advisors

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal issues into actionable advice

• Excellent academic credentials and writing ability

• Admitted to practice in Georgia or eligible to waive in
