Title: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Souderton, PA
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift : 1st shift
Compensation: $90-100k.

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept through manufacturing and startup
• Design custom machinery, automation equipment, and engineered systems
• Create detailed assembly, weldment, installation, and manufacturing drawings
• Develop and specify components including motors, gearboxes, bearings, structural systems, and purchased equipment
• Support system-level design activities, approval drawings, and equipment integration
• Release engineering documentation through ERP systems

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 3+ years of mechanical design experience within automation, machinery, or manufacturing environments
• Strong SolidWorks and 2D CAD experience
• Experience designing mechanical systems and custom equipment
• Understanding of motors, bearings, gearboxes, structural components, and machine design principles

• Design custom automation equipment—not repetitive products
• Work closely with fabrication, assembly, and controls teams
• See projects through the entire lifecycle from concept to commissioning
• Collaborative engineering culture with strong technical leadership
