Job Details:
- The ideal candidate will have prior hotel supervisory experience, IHG preferred.
- This nine-year-old 115-key hotel is a market leader.
- We are looking for an energetic self-starter that can drive guest service, and create a team atmosphere and a positive work environment.
- Ample room for advancement with one of the Midwest's fastest-growing hotel owners/ operators.
Duties include:
- Compliance with IHG policies and procedures.
- Training of front office associates.
- Recruiting.
- Driving guest service.
