• Provide legal counsel and representation in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and options.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings.
• Stay updated on changes in family law and legal precedents.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client service.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal standards.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Georgia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
