Physical Therapist- Home Health - Lower Bucks

KeystoneCare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team in the Lower Bucks area. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and execute treatment programs that focus on improving mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities in patients of all ages. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License
• Minimum two years of experience in Home Health or similar settings
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and the care team
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage a diverse caseload

Physical Therapy: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

PA Physical Therapy License (Required)
