Prairie Senior Living is seeking an experienced LPN to provide quality nursing care to long-term care residents in a hospital-based LTC unit. Responsibilities include medication administration, resident assessments, documentation, treatment administration, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.

• Active Kansas LPN License (or Compact License if applicable)

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program

• Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred

• Strong medication administration and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently on night shift

• Excellent communication and resident care skills

• Active LPN License – Required

• BLS Certification – Preferred

• Hospital-based Long-Term Care Unit

• Long-term care resident population

• Night shift coverage

• No overtime permitted

• Travelers limited to 37.5 hours per week

• No travel partners accepted

• Housing should be secured prior to submission
