About this job
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:

β Work with both inpatient & outpatient populations
β Gain exposure to a wide variety of procedures
β Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary care team
β Rotate between two facilities for expanded skills & experience

Education:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
Licensure:
- Active RN license (state or compact)
Experience:
- β Required: Recent PACU or ICU experience (within 2 years)
Certifications:
- BLS (within 30 days of hire)
- Additional unit-specific certifications as required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing/walking
- Frequent bending, reaching, and mobility tasks
