Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our clinic. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for families, performing daily administrative operations, and supporting our therapists and clinical team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, enjoys working with children and families, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Check in and assist patients and families.
- Answer, direct, respond to phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Collect patient payments and copays at the time of service.
- Monitor clinic schedules and assist with rescheduling.
- Maintain and Update patient records
- Send patient’s plan of care to doctors
- Support clinic operations through administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in a medical office, therapy clinic, or healthcare setting preferred
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records Platform
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
- Experience with insurance verification is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Schedule
- Full-time / Part-time (customize as needed)
- Mostly Monday–Friday
