Fulfillment Associate

## Key Responsibilities

• Precision Order Picking & Packing: Accurately select, verify, and pack products according to order sheets, ensuring zero errors.
• Inventory Control: Assist with receiving incoming shipments, verifying counts against manifests, and organizing stock on shelves neatly.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing items for damage or defects; report discrepancies immediately.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe by sweeping, disposing of cardboard, and maintaining tidy aisles.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse supervisor and team members to meet daily shipping and receiving deadlines.

## Requirements & Qualifications

• High Attention to Detail: You are someone who notices the little things. You double-check your work and care about accuracy.
• Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. You take initiative and don't need constant supervision to stay on task.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift, and comfortably perform moderate lifting (up to 40–50 lbs) as needed.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to read and understand packing slips and digital inventory systems.
• Experience: Prior warehouse, retail, or inventory experience is a plus, but we are fully willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

## What We Offer

• Competitive Hourly Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hour
• A Path to Full-Time: We love promoting from within. Proven rockstars in this role will be prioritized for transition into a Full-Time position.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older

Preferred qualifications:

• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Warehouse skills: handheld scanner operation
• Warehouse skills: managing inventory records
• Warehouse skills: loading and unloading trucks
• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Able to comfortably lift 40 lbs
• 2-3 years of total work experience
