A growing plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with 1–3 years of experience in personal injury litigation and employment law to join our team in Los Angeles, California.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on litigation experience and manage cases from pre-litigation through settlement while working alongside an experienced legal team. Experience handling complex litigation matters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff personal injury and employment law cases from intake through resolution
  
• Handle day-to-day case advancement and ensure matters progress efficiently
  
• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, arbitration demands, and other litigation documents
  
• Conduct legal research and prepare written arguments
  
• Propound and respond to written discovery
  
• Take and defend depositions
  
• Analyze and summarize medical records
  
• Attend and argue motions and opposition hearings
  
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts throughout the litigation process
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of plaintiff personal injury and/or employment law experience
  
• Licensed California attorney in good standing
  
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  
• Experience handling depositions and discovery
  
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
• Experience with complex litigation matters is a plus
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time position
  
• Salary starting at $120,000 annually, depending on experience
