Warehouse Coordinator II

TD Williamson is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator II to support inventory management, shipping and receiving, material movement, and warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse, logistics, material handling, or inventory experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, stock, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records and material transactions within inventory systems.
Pick, pack, and prepare materials and products for shipment.
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight and shipping activities.
Deliver materials to production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes.
Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and warehouse organization.
Complete shipping and receiving documentation and maintain accurate records.
Support quality, safety, and 5S workplace standards.

Qualifications:

Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, logistics, or material handling preferred.
Forklift experience required; stand-up/reach truck experience is a plus.
Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
Experience with inventory systems, ERP software, shipping documents, or BOLs is a plus.
