Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Assist the Chef and Sous Chef with food prep duties, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking.
• Station Maintenance: Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness of your assigned station.
• Pit Crew: Join the pit crew in preparing meats, including trimming and preparing for the smoker.
• Side and Sauce Preparation: Prepare various sides and sauces that complement our barbecue offerings.
• Kitchen Organization: Keep the kitchen clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or as a line cook preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
