Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Order Processing: Efficiently handle and process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
Account Development: Identify and develop opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products to enhance client accounts.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and developments.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to bolster loyalty and retention.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in customer service or a related sector is advisable.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administrative work or insurance consulting can be beneficial.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and positively.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for multitasking efficiently under pressure.

Bi-lingual is a plus- polish / spanish
