Maintenance Technician | 2nd or 3rd Shift
Pay: Up to $33.00/hour + Shift Differential
Shift Premiums:
- 2nd Shift: +$1.00/hour
- 3rd Shift: +$1.50/hour
Schedule Options:
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:20 PM – 12:30 AM
3rd Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:20 AM – 8:30 AM

What You'll Do:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and basic electrical components
- Replace sensors, motors, bearings, belts, and other machine components as needed
- Assist with machine setups, adjustments, and production changeovers
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, and maintain production equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime
- Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately
- Work closely with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience replacing sensors and mechanical components
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use gauges, measuring devices, and inspection tools
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and work orders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Ability to access equipment for inspections, maintenance, and repairs
